The Global eXchange Services EC SupportNet services allows you to perform multiple functions on your EDI mailbox as well as review important information.  Please read the information below for an outline of what options are available to you:
Interchange Services Administration
User Profile Administration:
  • Update technical contact information.
  • Change administrative password.
  • Enable/disable Trading Pair Transactions Detail report.
  • Establish document retention periods.
  • Update fax notification information.
User EDI Address Maintenance:
  • View addresses owned by your mailbox.
  • Add new addresses to your mailbox.

Request New Trading Partnerships
Display/Modify Trading Partnerships
  • Modify existing relationship settings.
  • The ability to download the listing to your local PC is available.
Terminate Trading Partnerships
  • Terminate multiple partnerships at one time.
Group Trading Request
  • Request the setup of a Group enabling all users within that group or between two groups to trade with each other without the individual trading relationships setup between each of the addresses.
AutoCopy Relationship Request
  • Request the setup of a Distribution List enabling you to send one document to multiple trading partners.
AutoForward Relationship Request
  • Request the setup of an AutoForward relationship. This relationship will enable you to forward an item sent from one trading partner on to another trading partner.
Document Tracking
  • View summary and detailed reporting information for Sender, Receiver, and Third Party Reject documents.
  • Reactivate previously received documents for re-receipt..
  • View error codes and suggested causes to rejected documented
