This Sign On page allows secure access
to multiple client self-service features for Interchange Services and EDI*EXPRESS.
There are 3 fields to be completed before clicking on the
SUBMIT button to enter the EC Support Net system. The Admin
Password field is only necessary for EDI*Express users. Please
read below for further information on which fields need to be completed
by you.

on how to obtain unknown user information.
NOTE (Interchange Services & EDI*Express
Users):
Your account information (User ID and Login Password) were sent to your
company in a Welcome Letter when you initially subscribed to our service.
Also, your EDI communications software sends the User ID and Login Password
with every send, receive, and report session. This information may be
found in the communications setup area of your EDI software.
Username
This is a unique ID assigned to you or your technical contact by Global
eXchange Services. The User ID is 8 characters long, beginning with 3
capital letters followed by 5 numbers. For example: AAA12345.
Password
This is a unique password assigned to you or your technical contact by Global
eXchange Services. Your EDI software sends your Interchange Services or
EDI*Express User ID and Password with every sign on.
Admin Password
The admin password is required by EDI*Express users. EDI*Express users
are on the Mark III or Mark 3000 platform. To determine which platform
